In the first illustration, readers are introduced to an invisible character infiltrating companies to discriminate against overweight professionals. The second illustration depicts a discriminatory act being manipulated by this villain. However, thanks to the solutions proposed in the article, it's possible to recognize discriminatory behaviors and foster healthy work environments for people of all sizes, defeating the hateful schemes of this agent of prejudice.
